About the event
Founded by the Italian American Civic League, Salt Lake City’s beloved Italian Festival—Festa Italiana SLC—returns for its 11th year on September 19–20 at The Gateway! Join us for a vibrant celebration of Italian culture featuring live entertainment, regional Italian cuisine, and an unforgettable festival atmosphere.
This year’s event will take place along The Gateway from 100 S to the Fountain and Piazza at the north end. Admission is free. Festival hours are Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Over the two-day celebration, guests can enjoy live Italian performances, food booths showcasing Italy’s diverse regional flavors, the La Cucina Galbani® Cooking Stage, an Italian beer and wine garden, arts and crafts, historical exhibits, exotic Italian cars, and much more.
As a non-profit festival, proceeds from Festa Italiana SLC benefit local and national charitable organizations supported by the Italian-American Civic League of Utah.
